Don't wait

And so we've got loads of plans laid out for the year. We've envisioned a blissful and successful year ahead. If we go by all we've thought of, all we've put down on paper, all we've even told our friends, by the middle of the year, we must have achieved so much that we would be on the scene, globally and otherwise.

But then, suprisingly, today is the 7th day of the year and most of us have become so complacent about the plans we've made. Some of us are waiting for things to happen. Some of us are waiting for money. I'd love to ask a question; when you were making the plans and playing with your imaginations, did you remember that there was no money?

The aim of today's write up is to tell you to rise. It's not enough waking up. You can wake up and still be on the bed; it's time to RISE. You've dreamt enough my dear. You've planned enough, you've imagined enough, I even know some of us have written enough. It's time to get out of the bed and face the obstacles that will pose to prevent all you've planned from becoming a reality.

My mentor told me that this is a year of ACTION. It's not a time to discuss plans. Its a time to work them out. You've sat down for too long. It's time to ACT. Don't wait till you have the money, apply for that scholarship, apply for that job, start making the necessary enquires, don't wait for the connection, make the connection. You've admired from far away, its time to get close to know the reason behind the steady flow of what you see.

Constantly review your goals and plans. In constant review of your goals lies the sense of URGENCY. Once there is a deadline in goal Achievement which is being reviewed daily, your complacency will fade slowly.

I write to encourage you dear. There is no time anymore. The more you keep waiting, the more your vigour depreciates and you then settles for whatever comes your way. Aim at the moon and you might fall amongst the stars.

I love y'all
